Hi I’m Katrina.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and I live in the beautiful Columbia Valley in a small town in the East Kootenays where I was also born and raised. My passion for nutrition started at a young age where I was fascinated by the science behind nutrition and human health. As my career progressed it became evident that it was my calling to help women heal their relationship with food. It truly breaks my heart to know that MOST of the clients I have worked with struggle in some way with feeling controlled by what they “should” eat, resulting in restriction and an immense lack of joy from food. It is my mission to break this trend and help women find empowerment from food, rediscover the joy it can bring, and to help them find a balanced way of eating that works for their lifestyle.
