I’m Katrina and I’m a Registered Dietitian.

For years, I worked 1:1 with clients to help them achieve their weight loss goals. Throughout these years I realized that underneath my clients weight loss struggles lied a relationship with food that was suffering because of the diet culture rules they had been accustomed to. I have now shifted the way I help people to instead focus on healing their relationship with food as I believe this is the cause of many food issues. I believe that ALL food can fit into a balanced lifestyle, that life is too short to skip out on our favourite foods just because they may not fit within certain “food rules”, and that shifting the focus to listen to the body is the key in finding the balance between eating for health and enjoyment.
